This album has not been out for very long, but its addition to the Infected Crypt collection is long overdue. This crusty slab of groove filled grindcore has been in constant listening rotation since it was released. The guitars have a definite Swedish Death Metal buzz and there is a significant change in song structure/writing. They have incorporated d-beat, Entombed-style death'n'roll and some sludgy riffs into their ferocious grindcore/powerviolence assault. With production by Kurt Ballou (Converge) and mastered by Scott Hull (Pig Destroyer, Agoraphobic Nosebleed), this shit seriously rules!

I love Dismember. Plain and simple. They are one of the few of the original death metal bands that are still around today with the same sound and still putting out good albums. This is their third album, it shows off more of their mid-paced songs and is packed with memorable riffs. This album contains many of my favorite Dismember songs, "On Frozen Fields", "Crime Divine", and "Casket Garden". If you want a death metal album to do some sweet air guitar to, this is it.
